Lange Clark founded the firm in 1997.

BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Litigation

Our firm was recognized as a leader in the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Litigation, having filed one of the first suits in the country on May 4, 2010. Lange Clark was appointed to the Vessels of Opportunity Committee  in the litigation and worked with clients on claims while BP was administering claims, with the Gulf Coast Claims Facility (GCCF)  while the GCCF administered the claims process, and guided clients through the Court- approved claims process.
